We also offer paralegal corresponds scholarships, we have a penpal program and we help people being released access re entry services.

Coyote RI partnered with The Center for the Study of Slavery and Justice at Brown University and we conducted research on the real lives and experiences of 62 Rhode Island sex workers (2014-2016) These findings revealed that 24% of those interviewed reported having been robbed, raped or assaulted by police officers, 77% said they would never report violence due to fear of arrest and 14% had been to grad school. These findings show what a diverse population this is.
