Counseling: Lucia Leandro is a graduate of Columbia University’s School of Social Work, he focused on clinical therapeutic practice within an anti-oppression framework. His work is rooted in deep listening and pulling from the innate magic and truth of people he is working with. Affirming counseling is grounded in the understanding that historical/personal trauma sits within our bones/spirits and affects our everyday lives. He uses storytelling, breathing techniques, visualizations, writing and humor to support healing and transformation
