Reina Imagawa
ArtCenter College of Design
Reina is a graduate student studying Media Design Practices at ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, CA. Her practice focuses on using narratives and storytelling techniques to explore the interplay between spaces, humans and media. Her questions revolve around her background in urban design, architecture, film, art, specifically around spaces of representation, systems, access/mode of transportation, boundaries, interfaces, and emotions. She is drawn to investigating the ways in which cities interact with or communicate with humans (and vice versa) and using narratives or storytelling as a tool to activate interplay.
