Mathilda is a youth advocate, community worker, sister, daughter and mother. She co-created the Know Your Rights Curriculum with the Children and Family Justice Center at Northwestern University School of Law. She has a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Urban Studies from Colorado College and a Masters of Education in Educational Psychology from University of Illinois at Chicago. She is committed to building a multicultural arts movement for social justice and joined Free Write in 2013.
