Nima Fatemi is an Iranian independent security researcher, focused on encryption, anonymity, privacy and censorship circumvention technologies. Nima is a passionate advocate for the education and empowerment of everyday people to use encryption and protect their privacy online. When he's not tracking and hunting down the state sponsored hackers or finding ways to bypass censorship, he spends time making encryption technology such as Tor, usable and accessible to general public. A skill he gained by providing rapid response and security training to people at risk globally and understanding their needs, over the course of past 7 years.
